Adams, Morris earn PAC weekly accolades

Two Thiel College student-athletes have earned Presidents’ Athletic Conference weekly awards it was announced on Monday afternoon. Junior guard Devon Adams (Philadelphia, Pa./George Junior Republic) was named the league’s men’s basketball Player of the Week, while sophomore 184-pounder Patrick Morris (Graysville, Pa./West Greene) picked up Wrestler of the Week honors.

For the second game in a row and the fifth time this season, the Thiel College men’s basketball team fell just short of tasting victory – this time against defending Presidents’ Athletic Conference champion Thomas More. In a contest in that featured 13 ties and 10 lead changes the Saints prevailed Saturday afternoon, 91-88.
