WEST MIDDLESEX, Pa. – The Thiel College women's golf team was well-represented by
Ashley Ahrens Tuesday at the rain-shortened Presidents' Athletic Conference Championship held at Oak Tree Country Club.
Ahrens – the sole Thiel representative on the women's side – carded a 101 at the 18-hole event. Despite her solid outing, she finished just two strokes shy of the cutoff for being named an all-conference performer.
Washington & Jefferson won the championship with a team score of 368.
Thiel returns to action on Thursday when it will take part in the Penn State Behrend Invitational at Peek N' Peak Resort in Clymer, N.Y.
