Thiel Track and Field Competes at Mount Union Open

Alliance, Ohio (April 11, 2010) -- The Thiel College men's and women's track and field teams competed at the Mount Union Open on Saturday, earning two top three finishes.
Senior athlete,
Latoya Locke (Farrell, Pa./Farrell), led the women with a third place finish in the 100-meter hurdles racing to a time of 15.74, while freshmen,
Brittany Brown (Pelham, N.Y./Pelham Memorial), finished fourth in the women's high jump.
On the men's side,
Scott Stano (Erie, Pa./Cathedral Prep.), earned third place in the javelin with a toss of 48.36-meters.
Tomcat track and field returns to action on Wednesday, April 14 to compete at the PAC Quad in New Wilmington, Pa..
