A total of 34 Thiel College student-athletes have been named to the Presidents' Athletic Conference Academic Honor Roll for the Spring 2010 semester. The Thiel College wrestling team has recently been announced as a recipient of a 2009-10 Scholar Team Award by the National Wrestling Coaches Association. The Tomcats turned in the 16th-highest GPA in the country with a 3.255. Thiel College earned a second place finish in the 2010 Presidents’ Athletic Conference Wrestling Championship Friday evening at Beeghly Gymnasium. The Waynesburg Yellow Jackets earned their first-ever team wrestling championship with 105.1 points.
