To recognize managers, trainers and others associated with Thiel athletics, the College athletic department created the Meritorious Service and Commitment Award. Recipients are formally presented to the Athletic Hall of Fame committee for consideration and are recognized at the annual Hall of Fame Induction Ceremonies.
